Our systems give you the flexibility to add additional or alternate communication methods. Together we can select the communication link that makes the most sense for your home and for your family’s security needs.

For added security, we can include multiple connections between your system and our monitoring center. If you also have a high speed internet connection, you can use this as a secondary means of communication, serving as a backup.

Some areas experience occasional downed phone lines due to strong weather or falling tree limbs. That’s why your system can also be configured with a cellular

connection, giving you a wire-free, battery-powered link to your monitoring service - service that can’t be disrupted by downed wires, or worse, intentionally cut wires.
