Do you have HVAC protection?

These Air Conditioners were UPROTECTED…
As the price of copper has risen, so has the theft of air conditioners.
The GOOD NEWS is… that we can connect your HVAC to your alarm system.

Protect your HVAC investment today... Air conditioners and heat pumps are stolen from houses and businesses just like yours everyday and sold for scrap or on the black market.  What makes matters worse is the price of copper, which your air conditioner has a lot of, is going up in value.  The punishment for copper theft is typically probation.  What does a copper thief do to pay his probation?  Steals your air conditioner!

Now the HVAC industry is using new types of refrigerants and copper coils which are not compatible with older systems.  That means if your air conditioner is stolen, then you have to replace your exterior condenser AND the interior air conditioning unit.  For a small residence or business the typical cost of replacement is about $4,000.00

Oh, but you have insurance eh?  Most insurance companies will only pay to replace a stolen air conditioner once. After the first replacement, some insurance companies require you to have a theft detection system added in order to continue the coverage.

Now is the time...

  • when it’s not enough to only protect the inside of your home or business from thieves.

  • that you need to protect the very thing that makes the indoors comfortable.

  • when replacement can cost you thousands of dollars.

  • when many insurance companies are not covering some of the damages caused by such theft.

How does it work?

A&H Security attaches a HVAC Security Device to the service valve of your air conditioner system and connects it to your alarm system.  It constantly monitors the pressure inside the copper lines.  When the copper line is cut and the pressure drops below an acceptable level, it activates your alarm system.  The tamper-proof design keeps tech-savvy thieves from circumventing the HVAC Security Device.
